About you
So, whether you are in a relationship or not, whether you are trying to end a relationship that is damaging to you (both), whether you are trying to shape the future of your relationship, whether you are in a same-sex relationship, a mixed-race relationship, whether you come from different cultural backgrounds or whether you are childhood sweethearts from the same neighbourhood - You are ALL welcome in my space.
I work with a myriad of relationships from parents and their teenage and adult children to siblings who are struggling to get out of old familial patterns, as well as single males and females who are looking for a healthy relationship (with themselves and others) that brings out the best in them.
I provide a confidential space for you to bring your humanity so that you can be heard and held emotionally. Your information is not shared with anyone, ever. I keep very limited process notes and do not share them for court in divorce cases without consent from both parties. When exploring my caseload with my supervisor, I never use any identifiable details or names, only initials.
Some limitations:
If you are in an active addiction, I won’t be able to work with you, as you are in relationship with your addiction and very little else.
If you are abusing your partner and continue to blame him/her then I can not collude with you in this and will end the work with you.
