Hello
I’m Caitriona. I am not your typical therapist, I’m very approachable and relational. I am a no BS, nothing-is-off-the-table, come-as-you-are kind of therapist. I don’t think therapy should be a stale, sterile or clinical experience. Most of the time sessions are like conversations that provoke curiosity, promote healthy communication and we explore feeling and thinking at a deeper level of processing.
Meaningful connections make everything in life better. I am curious to understand what you may be bringing into the relationship, how that affects each person and the best part then is helping you both to heal those wounds and rebuild a relationship that you both want to be in. The relationship is my focus, not solely the individuals in it.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy can be about giving yourself time and space to be with yourself and allow your therapist to bear witness to your inner world. Most people who work on themselves in this way therefore have a stronger sense of who they are, what they want and where they are going. It can help us to have a deeper understanding of our lives and ourselves.
